Whether your email lands
Email is the one channel with a spam folder to fall into. This page holds the two things that decide it: how your addresses are doing, and who you must not write to.
The two numbers providers judge you on
Bounces are addresses that don't exist; spam reports are people pressing the button. Gmail expects complaints under 0.30% — cross it and your ordinary support replies start landing in spam too.
Who won't be emailed
Addresses arrive here on their own: a permanent bounce, a spam report, or someone unsubscribing. Every reply, automation, sequence and broadcast checks this list before it sends.
Letting someone back through
Only when you know what changed — a customer who fixed their mailbox, or an address you blocked by mistake. Emailing a spam-reporter again damages every address you send from.

Common questions
My email is going to spam. Where do I start?
Check authentication first — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the domain you send from. Then the complaint rate on the Deliverability page. Most spam problems are one of those two, and both are visible before you guess at subject lines.
Do I need to unsubscribe people from order confirmations?
No. Transactional mail about something the customer bought or asked for is exempt, and mailbox providers treat it differently from marketing. Zynqly keeps the two on separate streams so an unsubscribe from offers never stops an order update.
Someone bounced once. Are they blocked for ever?
Only permanent bounces block — an address that does not exist. A full mailbox or a server having a bad day is a soft bounce and changes nothing. A blocked address can be let through again from the Deliverability page when you know the problem is fixed.
How many emails a day count as bulk?
Five thousand or more to Gmail addresses in a day, counted per domain. Small businesses rarely reach it, but the authentication requirements below that line are nearly the same, so set the records up once and stop thinking about it.
Which channel should I connect first?
The one your customers already use. Each channel has one requirement that stops people at the door — a Professional account linked to a Page for Instagram, a Page role for Messenger, a Business Platform number for WhatsApp, a BotFather token for Telegram — and clearing one is faster than clearing four.
Why is my inbox empty after connecting?
Because nothing has replied to anyone yet. Build one automation from a template, trigger it yourself from another account, and the inbox, the leads list and the analytics all start to fill from that first reply.
I dismissed the setup checklist — how do I get it back?
From the help menu at the top of every page: Show setup checklist brings it back, and Restart the product tour runs the walkthrough again. Both work on a phone as well as a laptop.
Where do I reconnect a channel whose token expired?
On that channel's own settings page — the bottom half of the settings list is one page per connected channel, and the connection, its health and the reconnect button all live there.
