Service Delivery
Zynqly is software you use in a browser. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for — this page explains exactly when your plan starts working, and what to do in the rare case that it doesn't.
The short version
01What you are buying
A Zynqly subscription is access to a digital service, hosted by us and used through your web browser at zynqly.com. It is not a downloadable product and there is no physical shipment of any kind — no courier, no tracking number, and we never need a delivery address from you.
The plan you choose sets what the account can do: how many channels you can connect, how many automations can run, how many AI credits are included and how large your knowledge bases can be. The current limits for each plan are on the pricing page and inside your dashboard under Settings → Billing.
02When it starts working
Immediately. When a payment succeeds, your plan is activated on the spot — in practice before Razorpay has finished sending you back to Zynqly. There is no processing queue and no manual approval step between paying and using it.
Concretely, the moment the payment clears:
- the new plan's limits apply to your account;
- the AI credits included in the plan are added;
- any automations that were paused because you had hit a free-plan limit start running again;
- a receipt is emailed to the address on the account.
A 14-day free trial of the Starter plan is activated the moment you create an account, with no card and no payment. That is the fastest delivery we offer, and it is the one we would rather you started with.
03Renewals and how long access lasts
Subscriptions run for the term you paid for — a month or a year — and renew automatically at the end of it unless you cancel. Access is continuous across a renewal; nothing is interrupted and nothing needs re-delivering.
If you cancel, access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and only then does the account move to the free plan. Cancelling never takes away time you have paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and email you. Access is not cut off the moment a card is declined — you get a window to fix it. The details are in the Terms of Service.
04If you paid and nothing happened
This is rare and it is fixable. It usually means the payment succeeded at your bank but the confirmation had not yet reached us when you looked.
Try this first:
- Reload your dashboard. Most cases resolve on their own within a minute or two.
- Check Settings → Billing → Payment history. If the payment is listed there, the account has it.
- Check your email for the receipt, which we send as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If your plan still has not changed after 30 minutes, write to support@zynqly.com with the payment reference and we will sort it out. We reply within 2 business days, and faster than that for anything involving a charge that did not deliver.
If a payment was taken and the service genuinely could not be delivered to you, you get the money back in full. That is not a discretionary decision — see the refunds page.
05Availability and the parts we do not control
Zynqly is delivered over the internet and is available worldwide to anyone who can reach zynqly.com. There are no regional restrictions on the software itself.
What we cannot promise is the platforms it connects to. Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram each have their own regional availability, their own approval processes and their own outages. If Meta suspends an account or an API stops responding, automations on that channel stop with it — that is outside our control and it is not a failure of delivery on our side.
We aim for continuous availability and publish planned maintenance in advance where any is expected. Occasional short interruptions for deployment or maintenance are normal for a service of this kind and are not treated as non-delivery.
Zynqly is operated by AYDEX Technologies (Sole Proprietorship), Barra, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh — 208027, India. Because this is a digital service, no delivery address is collected and nothing is dispatched.
