Delete your Zynqly data

You can remove any connected account — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram — and all data associated with it, at any time. Choose whichever option suits you.

Option 1 — From the app

Sign in to Zynqly → Settings → the channel you want to remove (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram) → Disconnect. That stops all processing for it immediately. To permanently delete your whole workspace and every channel with it, choose Delete account in Settings.

Option 2 — From the platform itself

Each platform lets you revoke our access directly, and every one of them notifies us so we disconnect the account automatically:

• Instagram — Settings → Apps and websites → remove Zynqly.
• Facebook Messenger & WhatsApp — Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → remove Zynqly.
• Telegram — open @BotFather → /mybots → your bot → API Token → revoke it.

Option 3 — Email us

Email support@zynqly.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted: the connected account, its conversations and message history, captured leads, automations and their run history, and analytics. Access tokens are destroyed immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
