Delete your Zynqly data

You can remove your Instagram account and all associated data from Zynqly at any time. Choose either option below.

Option 1 — From the app

Sign in to Zynqly → Settings → Integrations / Instagram → Disconnect. To permanently delete all data, choose Delete account in Settings.

Option 2 — From Instagram

Open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Zynqly. Instagram notifies us automatically and we disconnect your account.

Option 3 — Email us

Email support@zynqly.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your connected Instagram account, captured leads, conversations, and analytics. This action is permanent.
