Delete your Zynqly data

You can remove any connected channel — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS, your website chat widget or a connected mailbox — and all data associated with it, at any time. Choose whichever option suits you.

Option 1 — From the app

Sign in to Zynqly → Settings → the channel you want to remove (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Website chat or Email) → Disconnect. That stops all processing for it immediately. To permanently delete your whole workspace and every channel with it, choose Delete account in Settings.

Option 2 — From the platform itself

Each platform lets you revoke our access directly, and every one of them notifies us so we disconnect the account automatically:

• Instagram — Settings → Apps and websites → remove Zynqly.
• Facebook Messenger & WhatsApp — Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → remove Zynqly.
• Telegram — open @BotFather → /mybots → your bot → API Token → revoke it.

Channels that run on your own credentials

SMS, website chat and email do not go through a platform you can revoke us from — the account is yours, so removing our access means removing what you gave us:

• SMS — Settings → SMS → delete your provider keys. You can also revoke the key in your own provider account. We hold the numbers messaged, the message text and the delivery receipts until the channel or the workspace is deleted.
• Website chat — remove the widget tag from your site, then delete the site in Zynqly. Visitor conversations and any name, email or page captured go with it. A visitor can clear their own ID by clearing their browser storage for your site.
• Email — Settings → Email → remove the mailbox credentials. Messages already synced into the inbox are deleted with the channel; nothing is changed in your mailbox itself.

Option 3 — Email us

Email support@zynqly.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted: the connected account, its conversations and message history, captured leads, automations and their run history, and analytics. Access tokens are destroyed immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
