What arrived, day by day
The daily count of conversations and messages. A spike is usually a post that took off or a broadcast that landed; a flat line on a day you posted is worth a look at the trigger keyword.
Which automations earn their keep
Each automation, by how often it fired and how many people it turned into leads. The one at the top is doing the work. The one at the bottom with zero triggers is usually a keyword nobody types — change the word, not the automation.
Then what happened
The rest of the page is what people did after the reply — where leads came from, which broadcasts got read, which content brought them in. Each panel answers one question; read them as questions, not as a dashboard.

Common questions
Which channel should I connect first?
The one your customers already use. Each channel has one requirement that stops people at the door — a Professional account linked to a Page for Instagram, a Page role for Messenger, a Business Platform number for WhatsApp, a BotFather token for Telegram — and clearing one is faster than clearing four.
Why is my inbox empty after connecting?
Because nothing has replied to anyone yet. Build one automation from a template, trigger it yourself from another account, and the inbox, the leads list and the analytics all start to fill from that first reply.
I dismissed the setup checklist — how do I get it back?
From the help menu at the top of every page: Show setup checklist brings it back, and Restart the product tour runs the walkthrough again. Both work on a phone as well as a laptop.
Where do I reconnect a channel whose token expired?
On that channel's own settings page — the bottom half of the settings list is one page per connected channel, and the connection, its health and the reconnect button all live there.
How is a lead created?
Automatically, the first time somebody messages you on any channel. There is no form. A person who writes on two channels is one contact with two channels, so the history stays in one place.
What is the difference between a broadcast and a sequence?
A broadcast sends one message to a list of people at the same moment. A sequence sends a series of messages to one person over days and stops when they reply or buy. Broadcasts announce; sequences follow up.
Can I broadcast on WhatsApp to people who have not messaged me?
Only with an approved template, and only to people who agreed to be messaged. Sending to a list without that consent lowers your number's quality rating, which cuts how many people you can reach.
What is a click-to-chat link for?
It opens a conversation with you already loaded — a pre-filled message on WhatsApp, the Start button on Telegram — so whoever taps it arrives in your inbox having already written. A reference on the link records where they came from.
