Where each person is
Status is where someone is — new, contacted, qualified, converted. Move people along as you go; the broadcast composer selects by this later, so it is worth keeping honest.
Find one, or a group
Search by name, handle or email. The filters beside it narrow by source, date and how warm the lead is — hot, warm or cold, scored from what they said.
Take them with you
Export downloads the list you are looking at — filtered, not everything — as a CSV. For a spreadsheet, a CRM import, or a colleague who does not have a login.

How is a lead created?
Automatically, the first time somebody messages you on any channel. There is no form. A person who writes on two channels is one contact with two channels, so the history stays in one place.
What is the difference between a broadcast and a sequence?
A broadcast sends one message to a list of people at the same moment. A sequence sends a series of messages to one person over days and stops when they reply or buy. Broadcasts announce; sequences follow up.
Can I broadcast on WhatsApp to people who have not messaged me?
Only with an approved template, and only to people who agreed to be messaged. Sending to a list without that consent lowers your number's quality rating, which cuts how many people you can reach.
What is a click-to-chat link for?
It opens a conversation with you already loaded — a pre-filled message on WhatsApp, the Start button on Telegram — so whoever taps it arrives in your inbox having already written. A reference on the link records where they came from.
